Alikes Lefkimmis

Alykes of Lefkimmi consists of a peninsula of about 2000 acres in southern Corfu, about 2 kilometers north of Lefkimmi.

Alykes of Lefkimmi is one of the most important wetlands on the island and belongs to the Natura Network as a Special Protection Area of Aviary, as more than 180 bird species have been recorded on its land. Many of them are endangered or belong to a protection regime.
